- 1. Rob was born and raised in Brooklyn NY in a Very Italian Neighborhood with a large family that spent a lot of time together. Often getting together on weekends for home made Pizza night

- 2. In his early Years Rob would be out every day playing whatever sports was in season, be it Baseball, Basketball, Tackle football and even some Hockey.
- 3. When Rob was in his teen years he became enamored with winning the local contests in Football and beating the local newspaper Journalist in the pick the pros football contest. Rob would watch and go to many sporting events and always seemed to do well figuring out who would win on a given day.
- 4. As his main Hobby Rob is a big sports card enthusiast and has a top level collection in all the major sports with several very rare cards. In the early 90/s Rob became very intrigued with the rise of then LA Dodgers catcher Mike Piazza noting his underdog story to the big leagues. Rob was thrilled when Piazza was traded to his home town NY. Mets and Rob then Created one of the Largest Piazza sports memorabilia collections on the east coast with several one of a kind items. He continues to build the collection to this day.
- 5. In the early 2000/s Rob was a sports forum/chat room sensation building a large following under the Golden Contender name, often posting systems and detailed writeups on current sporting events. In 2008 he started appearing on several sports related networks and became both popular and successful with his Unique Data and sarcastic charm.
