A look through the history of Super Bowl coin tosses shows a dead even split of results. With last year's call of tails by the Seattle Seahawks, the 48 coin tosses have resulted in 24 heads and 24 tails. Talk about a 50-50 proposition! Here is a breakdown of all 48 coin tosses:

FYI: The NFC had won the pregame coin flip 14 years in a row until New England and Baltimore prevailed in Super Bowl 45 and 46. It was back to the NFC last year when the Seattle Seahawks correctly called tails.
